I thought it was an empty onion bag in a small heap by the sink, and asked my friend what it was for. She smiled slyly and answered 'It's my new dish cloth'! Surprised, I responded - 'Your what?" Discovering the Norwex dish cloth was a little like watching a my friend's daughter get up to sing - you think - 'Oh, how cute', until she opens her mouth and a fully mature sound fills the room. I thought, Oh, how cute, a little piece of white nylon - and discovered a tool of surprising capacity.
I have tried every kind of cloth going - hand knit or crocheted,
J-cloths, ones that matched my tea towels, ones my mother gave me,

sponges - you name it, if you can buy it in a store, I likely tried it at least once.

There is no doubt about it - it looks a bit unusual, but, it is the best I have ever owned. It gently removes sticky residues from dishes and the counter, and neatly picks up residue from rolling out cookies or pie crusts. It even usually does the job at removing tea stains from my mugs. It never seems to get smelly, and I have run mine through the washer and dryer countless times without a problem.
